Woman pushed out the door in her undies
Comments 0 | Recommend 0BAKER - An Okaloosa County Sheriff's deputy responded to a family disturbance in progress and found a woman clothed only in a T-shirt and underwear.
The woman told the deputy she had tried to stop her intoxicated husband from leaving and he pushed her out the back door and locked her outside, according to an arrest report.
The man said his wife struck him in the forehead with a glass candle holder after he told her that her son was "a piece of (expletive)."
He said she began to hit him and then she pulled the telephone wire out of the phone when he threatened to call the Sheriff's Office.
The woman voluntarily showed her hands and arms to the deputy to illustrate there were no red marks where she hit him.
She also had a scar on her back where she had back surgery a month prior to the incident.
She said the red mark on her husband's head was there when he got home around 9 p.m. that night.
The deputy told the man there wasn't enough evidence to arrest his wife and the man demanded to see the deputy's supervisor.
He was called to the scene.
