Man arrested for three-year relationship with girl
Comments 0 | Recommend 0CRESTVIEW - A 39-year-old Crestview man is charged with lewd and lascivious battery for a sexual relationship with an underage girl, according to police.
Timothy Joe Morgan was arrested June 26 after the girl's parents claimed their daughter had a three-year relationship with him, according to a Crestview Police Department arrest report.
The daughter denied it was sexual in nature but then said she had intercourse with Morgan once in the woods near her house when she was 15.
Morgan initially avoided speaking with officers about the charges.
He told them he was afraid of getting arrested.
He is scheduled to appear in court July 22.
